My practice was founded in 2005 to serve adults and older adolescents. I accept most insurance plans and private pay.
In my experience, most people know what is needed but face obstacles, both internal and external, that make it difficult to fulfill their potential. These obstacles can be the lingering effects of traumatic experiences, negative self-talk, toxic relationships, and stressful work situations, just to name a few.
My goal has always been to help people connect with their inner wisdom and overcome the obstacles which are keeping them from living the life they want.
I don't have the answer as that is something only you can know, but I can help you clear away the things in the way and get back on track with your journey. A journey that is uniquely yours to enjoy with the confidence that comes with discovering your strengths while learning to feel compassion for your past self.
If it sounds like what I have to offer is a good match for your particular situation and needs, contact me by phone or email to set up a free consultation.
